Hi! I’m Natalie –
Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach
My work draws on my personal experience healing from gastrointestinal symptoms, hormonal imbalance, autoimmunity, and chronic fatigue. I jumped from doctor to doctor in search of answers and effective treatments.
My turning point was finding an Integrative and Functional Medicine practice that looked at my body as an interconnected system and found the root causes of my symptoms. It took hard work to implement the complex protocol that my doctor prescribed, so I learned how to be my own health coach and soon realized the power that lifestyle changes have on chronic conditions.
I’ve also come to learn that no single approach works for everyone; instead, I believe in bio-individuality. We’re all unique beings, and together, we’ll figure out what works best for your biological makeup with your preferences in mind.
Health coaching is a collaborative process in which we co-create your personalized health and wellness plan. As a health coach, I will provide accountability, encouragement, and unconditional support throughout the process.
I’ve been trained in behavior change methods to help clients reach their health and wellness goals.
Areas of focus can be related to nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and relationships — all fundamental aspects of our lives that affect health and well-being. I can also help clients implement therapeutic plans set by their doctors through consistent and personalized support.
